With an 11-year history working within this historic Chicago landmark, Skender aided in The Mart’s ambitious repositioning to adapt to the evolution of tenant and visitor experiences. The fitness center features a golf simulator, locker rooms, saunas, and state-of-the-art acoustics to absorb sound transfer. The conference center features advanced audiovisual systems, high-end custom finishes, millwork, and exposed ceilings. The speakeasy includes a luxury-styled restaurant with custom millwork and seating. The circulation areas include new terrazzo flooring, metal portals and wall finishes at each passthrough.
