Specialty features include an interconnecting staircase with stadium-style seating for town hall meetings, three gas fireplaces, a golf simulator and putting green, massage chairs, video walls, and custom graphics. The terrace features a gas firepit, two water features, and high-end audiovisual infrastructure and lighting for events.

The historic elements of the building were carefully preserved to maintain its original character, with intentional design decisions made to showcase and celebrate its heritage. Sustainability was a core principle throughout the design process, with the team reimagining and reusing existing furniture to create an environmentally friendly and innovative space. The project was successfully completed within an accelerated schedule.
