The project includes private one- and two-bedroom apartments, a welcoming reception, an outdoor patio, a salon and spa, a café, formal dining areas, a fitness center and recreation rooms.
The second floor is devoted to memory care services, with 24/7 nursing staff and secure spaces that allow residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of age-related dementia to thrive. The building is a cast-in-place structure with a masonry exterior.
