NM Galter Retail Addition

A 32,000 SF hospital retail renovations and additions.

The project included new reail space across two floors of Galter Pavilion including the buildout of a 4,000 SF Au Bon Pain restaurant and bakery.

This project includes significant infrastructural improvements, a new structural steel retail facility, and extensive rework and additions to mechanical systems. Extensive outside vendor coordination and sensitivity to hospital loading dock schedule, vital to hospital operations, were required to complete the project within the necessary time frame.
