A 32,000 SF healthcare center offering both primary care and specialty services for families on the northern side of Chicago and nearby suburbs.

The state-of-the-art facility includes 23 exam rooms as well as diagnostic testing such as x-ray and ultrasound.

The project included developing and implementing Lurie’s standardized exam room, which was delivered and installed via prefabricated modules.

The new clinic provides primary care, imaging, audiology, otolaryngology, physical therapy and treatment/exam rooms, and patient amenity spaces. Skender coordinated and budgeted with Lurie through the programming, design and preconstruction process to evaluate the site and programmatic variations.
