Skender partnered with F.A. Wilhelm to build the LEED Gold-certified full-service hospital and academic instruction facility designed for the future of healthcare.

The new building on Indiana University’s campus provides an Emergency Department, a trauma center, 14 operating rooms, six Cath Labs, a NICU/Labor and Delivery, a Cancer Infusion Center, Behavioral Health and support spaces. The academic instruction facility extends from the hospital, which provides undergraduate and graduate students at Indiana University with advanced, real-world training in various health programs, including medicine, nursing, social work, speech and hearing.
