As an occupied rehab construction project, careful sequencing and coordination of all work were required to ensure safe, smooth delivery with minimal interference to resident lives.

All units received updated HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, every unit was given new flooring, paint, LED lights, kitchens and baths, and air conditioning and thermostats. New amenity spaces were added, such as a redesigned dining and community room, an exterior courtyard and upgraded laundry spaces. Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi were also upgraded in all common areas and units.
