Following the completion of the historic revitalization at 1100 W Fulton in Chicago's Fulton Market, Skender completed the interior buildout for Herman Miller including office space and a bespoke retail showroom, which is one of three worldwide.

Every element was designed and built to maximize usable space for Herman Miller, with the new space featuring a raised access flooring installation, decorative reclaimed wood millwork ceiling, private offices and showrooms, custom German-made cabinetry, and demountable glazed furniture walls.
