80,000-SF, 17.5 MW, 7+1 block redundancy system data center buildout
This data center buildout included 17.5MW of server space supported by a 7+1 block redundancy system and 5,600 tons of N+2 cooling. The building was an existing warehouse re-purposed for a data center, requiring significant steel additions for chilled water and electrical piping support. The UPS Rooms and STS/PDU infrastructure are housed on a mezzanine over the data hall; the generators reside at the ground level in the yard, and the chillers reside on a structural steel mechanical platform over the chillers. The turnovers were split into 7.5MW, 5.5MW and 5MW deliverables with staggered landlord and downstream turnover dates.
