As an architecturally significant cornerstone to Carmel’s Arts & Design District, Ardalan Plaza will welcome visitors arriving from the west as they pass the iconic fountain located at the roundabout on West Main Street and 4th Avenue SW.

Designed to evoke the elegance of an Italian villa, the building will feature decorative columns, cornices and balustrades. A new alley is planned, providing increased access to the property and further enhancing its functionality. The project is a collaboration between the Carmel Redevelopment Commission and the Ardalan family, supported by Skender Construction, Studio M Architecture and Planning and KBSO Consulting Engineers.
