As Chicago’s first example of an office development geared toward hybrid working, 345 N. Morgan  needed to be special.

A gorgeous 28-foot-deep barrel arch, set brick by brick, gives a grand sense of arrival. The property’s conservatory bar and lounge features a stunning double-sided fireplace, constructed using two custom nine-foot slabs of hardened limestone. Seven unique layers with the two slabs are 14 inches thick – a first for the supplier quarry and Skender.

345 N. Morgan was completed in just 13 months, under budget, at the height of the supply chain crisis. A perfect safety record was noted across 50,000 worker hours.
